iQ.Suite offers various components that make the administration of e-mail environments easier. The server-based, centralized rule-based framework enables enforcement of corporate guidelines throughout the e-mail lifecycle, from security checks to archiving. The framework can also be used to specify criteria that control which e-mails should be archived.
General statistics like spam volume can be generated, as well as detailed reports on key economic indicators or specific user group activity.
The iQ.Clustering and iQ.Mastering options flexibly extend the system environment with additional security products and enhance mail servers to achieve the highest possible performance and uptime.

E-mail policies
iQ.Suite's rule-based framework is a strategic feature that allows organizations to define e-mail processing rules that enforce statutory regulations and corporate guidelines. E-mails can, according to pre-defined rules for content or address information, be filtered, categorized, forwarded and archived throughout the entire e-mail lifecycle. Businesses can use the rule-based framework to configure which e-mails should be archived in which databases, for example, and which data (if needed) should be restored back into the e-mail system.
Reporting and statistics
iQ.Suite’s reporting and statistic functions create a robust foundation for performing many possible analyses. They make it possible, for example, to track the course of a specific virus attack. Pre-configured and custom analyses can be generated in both overview and diagram formats. Statistics that reflect each sender group’s part of the whole can also be visualized in diagram format and saved in a file. Analyses needed for management reports can be quickly and easily generated on demand.
iQ.Clustering
iQ.Clustering is an additional iQ.Suite option that logically supplements clustering at the operating system level or between mail servers. It ensures high availability, provides outage failover, performs load balancing and creates a distributed computing environment within iQ.Suite’s functional domain. iQ.Suite Clustering also ensures a load-balanced environment when iQ.Suite is deployed on multiple mail servers.
iQ.Mastering
iQ.Mastering allows iQ.Suite to be used in parallel with mail security products from other providers. Products like virus protection programs that are already in use can continue to be used together with the various modules of iQ.Suite.
iQ.Suite Budget
iQ.Suite Budget provides reporting functions that make it possible to quickly and easily analyze all of the e-mail traffic managed by iQ.Suite from various economic points of view. The analysis of e-mail volume can be broken down into defined cost codes such as user groups. The ability to define e-mail budgets for users and groups and design the corresponding report layout makes it possible to succinctly study the flow of incoming and outgoing mail from an economic background.
Reports can be set up in various formats (e.g. text, diagrams) and are re-usable in management reports. Reports can also be run based on file attachment types, sizes and extensions such as .pdf, .doc and .xls.

iQ.Suite Smart
iQ.Suite Smart controls the load balancing of Domino infrastructures and reduces the load on server and network resources caused by large volume e-mails. Users can also specify when e-mails should be sent. In addition, iQ.Suite Smart logically resolves links in Notes e-mails, so that linked Notes text documents can be sent to users of other mail systems.
